We are working on behalf of a client, seeking a Catastrophe Modeller to work across Property (D&F and Reinsurance) Marine, Cargo, Fine Art and Energy lines.
The role will work in a small team, and will assist with explanation of the model results and concepts, notifying the Underwriters and Management of exceptions, developing Underwriting reports in order to monitor exposure and model results and assisting with the RDS submissions to Lloyds.
The role requires a graduate in a Geographical, Mathematical or Scientific related subject, or someone with some Lloyd’s/model vendor exposure seeking to broaden their business line exposure in a Syndicate. SQL coding would be highly beneficial.
